Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using PlayCast, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What PlayCast does

PlayCast provides tools to help users stream youth sports, manage broadcasts, capture clips, use broadcast graphics, and support team or organization presentation.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the content you record, stream, share, or display. You are responsible for getting any permissions required by your team, league, venue, school, organization, parents, guardians, athletes, sponsors, or applicable law.

Third-party services

PlayCast may work with services such as Google and YouTube. Those services are controlled by third parties, not PlayCast. You are responsible for following their rules, terms, copyright policies, and account requirements.

No guarantee of availability

Live streaming depends on device performance, venue WiFi, cellular service, power, third-party platforms, and other factors outside PlayCast’s control. PlayCast does not guarantee uninterrupted broadcasts, perfect video, saved clips, or available recordings.

Fundraising and sponsors

Teams and organizations are responsible for their own sponsor agreements, nonprofit rules, fundraising claims, tax obligations, and required disclosures. PlayCast provides broadcast tools only.

Provided as-is

PlayCast is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, PlayCast disclaims warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PlayCast will not be liable for lost broadcasts, lost recordings, missed highlights, lost revenue, network failures, platform outages, device issues, or indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PlayCast after changes means you accept the updated terms.
